REGULAR INCOME

The way that the commission works is that you will need to take properties from the PRC APP portfolio and advertise said properties may it be a room or flat or even a house once advertised you will book viewings, show potential tenants the rooms, flats or house then make large commission from each deal by only subscribing £350 a month or by paying the PRC APP 20% of your commission each deal you make.

PRC APP CHARGES

We charge all Landlords and Agencies a 2 weeks commission which is by far the cheapest rate in the Uk as we do not charge a percentage of your property we want you to save money by registering with our platform without paying all the big percentages that the high street agencies are charging you. The benefit for the Agencies to join is that you do not have to pay money for agents, hiring agents, office space for agents, advertisement for agents and so much more.

The benefits for the landlord and agencies are that we are free of charge and do not charge a penny for using our platform we do not oppose any risk as we only charge two weeks as a commission and that is only if a PRC APP consultant makes a deal with your property.

How it Work?

Landlord/Agencies

The way the system works for Landlords and agencies is that you will list your available properties with the necessary information we need in order to Let the property, e.g pictures, postcode, address, price etc once listed, our team of freelance consultants will then start booking viewings and get the deal done between yourself and the prospective tenant viewing your property once a deal is confirmed which means you are happy with the tenants references and the tenant is happy with the property you will be charged 2 weeks of the rent as a commission on a 1-time basis so that you save money on your investment instead of getting charged percentages monthly.

Freelance Consultants

The way the system works for freelance consultants is that they will first need to look at the available property once you have found a property that is easy for you to let, e.g. can be close to where you live or just a very nice property for a good rental rate you will then need to advertise the property you have selected from our portfolio of available properties and start arranging viewings with prospective tenants which you can do by clicking viewings on your account after a viewing is set you will meet the prospective tenant and if you can then close the deal between yourself and the tenant you will finally make the deal and once that prospective tenant moves in you will be paid your commission straight away.
